These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.goalistings.in (the "Site") and any services offered, including property listings, lead generation, and related features. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features (e.g., submitting properties, purchasing leads, or subscribing), you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any breach of security.

3. Property Listings

Users (sellers, agents, dealers) may submit property listings for approval. By submitting a listing, you represent that:

• You have the legal right to list the property.
• All information (price, location, description, images) is accurate and not misleading.
• The property does not violate any laws or third‑party rights.

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Listings that are fraudulent, spam, or illegal will be removed immediately.

4. Enquiries & Lead Generation

When you submit an enquiry about a property, your contact information may be shared with the property owner/agent. If you purchase a lead (available for agents/builders), you agree to pay the specified price and use the lead information only for legitimate real estate purposes. Reselling or sharing leads with third parties is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments & Fees

Certain services require payment, such as:

• Lead purchases – fixed price per enquiry.
• Featured upgrades – to promote a property.
• Dealer subscriptions – monthly/annual plans.

All payments are processed through Razorpay or PayPal. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes. Fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing with prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site – including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilations – is the property of Goa Listings or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

When you submit content (listings, images, videos), you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Site and related marketing channels.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit illegal activities.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another user.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automated means to access the Site without permission.
• Interfere with the proper working of the Site or bypass security measures.

8. Third‑Party Links & Integrations

The Site may contain links to third‑party websites (e.g., payment gateways, video hosting). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOA LISTINGS AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.
